Terms of Service

By accessing or using KyediX™ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

KyediX is a medication management tool that helps users track, organize, and reconcile their medications. The Service includes features for medication tracking, reminders, caregiver sharing, and medication list export.

KyediX does not provide medical advice. The Service is a personal organization tool only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to your medications. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information displayed in KyediX.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of medication information you enter
• Managing caregiver permissions and access appropriately

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Enter information on behalf of another person without their consent
• Attempt to access another user's data without authorization
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying ideas, or algorithms of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means (including bots, spiders, or scripts) to access, collect, or extract data from the Service
• Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Service's user interface, workflows, screen layouts, visual design, copy, documentation, or any other component
• Use the Service, or any information obtained from it, to develop, train, benchmark, or market a competing product or service
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, logos, or branding contained in the Service
• Frame, mirror, embed, or rehost the Service or any portion of it without our prior written permission

The Service, including the KyediX™ name and logo, all software, source code, user interface, visual design, layouts, graphics, icons, copy, content, medication reconciliation workflows, and underlying methodology, is the exclusive property of Laukye Rheal LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Laukye Rheal LLC grants you a limited, personal, non exclusive, non transferable, non sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your own personal medication management (or, for caregivers, for the personal medication management of the patient who invited you). No other rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

When you invite a caregiver and grant them access to your medication data, you authorize them to view or edit your information based on the permissions you set. You can revoke caregiver access at any time. KyediX is not responsible for actions taken by caregivers you authorize.

KyediX offers both free and premium tiers. Premium features require an active subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are displayed at the time of purchase. Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled.

While we strive to display your data accurately, KyediX relies on information you provide. We are not responsible for errors in medication data that you enter. Always verify your medication list with your healthcare provider or pharmacist.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KyediX and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to health outcomes, missed medications, or adverse drug interactions, resulting from your use of the Service.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Critical medication decisions should never depend solely on this application.

We take violations of these Terms, and especially of Sections 5 and 6, seriously. In addition to any other remedy available at law or in equity, we reserve the right to: (a) suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice; (b) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction without the requirement of posting a bond; and (c) recover damages, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees incurred in enforcing these Terms. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
